Products
Delcamposanto mini urns are unique, hand-painted art objects. Only one piece of each design exists.
The dimensions, materials, colours and other characteristics are specified on the relevant product page. Due to their handmade and hand-painted nature, slight irregularities may occur. These are part of the unique character of the work.
Prices and payment
All prices are stated in euros. Delcamposanto is subject to the Belgian VAT exemption scheme for small businesses; therefore, no VAT is charged.
Any shipping costs are displayed before the order is completed.
The available payment methods are shown during the checkout process. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
Blank and engraved nameplate
A blank or engraved nameplate can be selected for the mini urn.
An engraved nameplate is specially made based on the information provided when placing the order. Customers are asked to carefully check names, dates and other details before confirming the order. The information provided will be used for the engraving.
A mini urn with a blank nameplate is available for immediate delivery. An engraved nameplate requires an additional production time of approximately two weeks.
Delivery
Delcamposanto delivers within Belgium and to European destinations available during the checkout process.
The mini urn is carefully packaged and shipped using a professional carrier. Available delivery options and shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.
The stated delivery times are indicative. In the event of an exceptional delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
Right of withdrawal
For an online purchase, the consumer generally has the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, takes physical possession of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform Delcamposanto unequivocally of their decision to withdraw from the purchase before the withdrawal period expires.
This can be done by email at info@delcamposanto.com or by using the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. Use of this form is not mandatory.
After notifying Delcamposanto of the withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days at the latest.
The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.
The artwork must be carefully packaged and, as far as reasonably possible, returned in the condition in which it was received.
Following a valid withdrawal, payments received will be refunded in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

Damage or problems upon delivery
Each mini urn is carefully inspected and packaged.
If an order arrives damaged or does not correspond to the order placed, please contact us as soon as possible at info@delcamposanto.com. Photographs of the artwork and packaging may help us assess the issue quickly.
This does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.
Statutory guarantee
The statutory two-year guarantee of conformity for consumer goods applies in accordance with Article 1649bis and following of the former Belgian Civil Code.
